Childcare Registration:  Reservations due ASAP – no later than July 7.  Childcare will be provided on-site at Richardson Church. It is very important that you register all children needing childcare during the Conventions and District Assembly. Reservations (click here for online Kid’s registration form) must be input by no later than July 7th.

Hotel information:  Please click this link to see all hotel options for the Assembly *The Cambria Hotel is offering delegates a special rate of $99 includes free hot breakfast – offer ends July 7.

Schedule

Sunday, July 13

• 4:30pm – Registration open for Delegates and Pastors
• 5:30pm – Sunday evening services begin – Dr. Gustavo Crocker speaking – Voting for District Boards and Officers

Monday, July 15

• 8:00am – Assembly re-convenes for morning session: includes Nazarene Missions speaker, plus NDI, NYI, and NMI reports
• 1:00am – Assembly re-convenes for afternoon session: includes SNU report, District reports, District Superintendent report – concludes at est. 4:30pm
• 7:00pm – Assembly re-convenes for Worship service and Ordination Service for new ministers – Dr. Gustavo Crocker speaking – concludes at est. 8:45pm
