DESCRIPTION:It is essential that all local churches have an active safety program – and that staff and workers are trained (AND receive refresher training every 1-2 years): Please review this information on safety program training available this Spring. \nNazareneSafe Training – Faith Fellowship Church of the Nazarene\, Terrell TX   –  Saturday\, March 23  – 9:00am to 12:30pm \nWho should attend?: Pastors\, staff\, children & youth lay leaders & workers\, AND all Childrens Camp and Teen Camp workers & volunteers. Come either as a “first timer” or as a refresher training.  All District churches must have a NazareneSafe or MinistrySafe (or equivalent ) program in place\, with ongoing training for staff and workers. Why?: \n\n\nOur first concern must be for the welfare of the vulnerable members of our congregation or outreach.\nThere is significant legal exposure for your church\, our District and the Nazarene Denomination if we fail to take reasonable and appropriate actions to prevent sexual or other misconduct in our facilities or at our sponsored activities.\n\n\n\nScroll down this page to register – NO Charge for attendance – Training is Free – But Participants must register.
