DESCRIPTION:Click here to download and print the Event Poster.\n\nRegistration Closes: November 13\nCost:  All participants 6th – 12th grade is $100.  Young Adults (thru age 23) is $100.  Adult sponsors are $50.    Payment covers lodging for 2 nights\, all meals\, and all activities. If not paid online\, payment due upon arrival at the camp grounds.  Note: no Friday night meal – please plan to eat on the way or bring a sack lunch to eat on the drive over!\n                                              ⇓ Scroll down the page for online payment option! ⇓\n\nParticipants:  The main part of the retreat is for grades 6th – 12th but we will also be running a Young adult retreat at the same time through the age of 23 to make this a full NYI event. Young Adults will be housed in a different location on the camp grounds from the teens\, be in our worship sessions\, and time to fellowship with other young adults during this retreat.\nBackground Checks / Ministry Safe / Nazarene Safe Required:It is important to note that since this is an event that will have minors on the campground ALL INDIVIDUALS OVER THE AGE OF 18 MUST COMPLETE A BACKGROUND CHECK AND A MINISTRY SAFE NAZARENE SAFE TRAINING. If you need ministry safe training please contact Pastor Chip Lee\, the district office\, or your local church to obtain information on how to proceed with training.\nCovid -19 Measures: COVID-19 Preventable measures will be taken. Much like our plan at camp with pre-screening\, screening upon arrival\, and proper social distancing\, masks will only be required when 6 ft of separation can not be obtained.
