DESCRIPTION:Board of Ministry Weekend – 2024 @ SCCC \nApril 5-6\, 2024 \nThe Board of Ministry Weekend is for ALL District License and Ordination applicants and their spouses.   This overnight event at Scottsville Camp and Conference Center begins with check-in at 11:00 a.m. on Friday\, April 5 and ends at approximately 3:00 p.m. on Saturday\, April 6.  Registration includes a room in Hamiter Lodge\, lunch and dinner Friday\, and breakfast and lunch on Saturday. \nAttendance is a required part of the application process.  Each applicant couple will have a private interview with members of the Board of Ministry\, engage in times of fellowship and worship\, and attend ministry-focused workshops\, discussions\, and seminar sessions. \nThe development and support of ministers-in-training is a shared value – and a shared responsibility – within the church.  The cost of the Ministry Weekend\, therefore\, should be shared as an investment in our future: \n\n$75.00 paid by the ministerial applicant’s local church\n$75.00 paid by the ministerial applicant personally (The registration fee covers both the applicant and his or her spouse.)\nRemainder to be covered by the District\n\nRegistration Opens February 1\, 2024 \nPayment may be made by check payable to North/East Texas District (mailed to the District Office\, PO Box 831269\, Richardson TX 75083)    OR \nApplicants and their home/sponsoring churches may pay by credit card directly from this website – SCROLL DOWN THIS PAGE \nShare This:
