DESCRIPTION:The 2022 District Assembly will be held at Richardson Nazarene Church\, \n2101 East Renner Road\, Richardson\, TX  75082   \n\n\n\n\n\nSchedule \nHotel accommodations\nDelegate Materials – the 2022 Delegate Handbook and handouts (including district election ballots) will be posted on the District Website  by June 25\, 2022 Delegates should review this material and may print out reports and bring them to the Assembly or access them via their devices. The Handbook will NOT be printed.\nElections and Balloting – Balloting will be conducted in three designated voting areas within the Richardson Church; social distancing will be followed. Room numbers and directions to voting areas will be announced and posted prior to the Assembly.\nChildcare registration –will be provided for the Sunday night\, Monday morning\, & Monday afternoon sessions (no childcare for the Monday evening Ordination service.) If any delegates need childcare\, they must register in advance using a Childcare Registration Form. Childcare registrations are due by June 25\, 2022.\n\nHealth & Covid Protocols – The assembly will comply with the State and CDC health guidelines in effect at the time of the Assembly. In an excess of caution\, we anticipate asking participants to wear a mask while moving around the facility\, but may be removed while seated in the Assembly sessions. Additional cleaning of public areas and restrooms will be conducted.
