Teen Camp: FUSE 2021 @ Scottsville

Registration is now open. We are planning for a great year at Scottsville again together as a district. We are making provisions and policies that help us maintain a safe as possible campground even with COVID still present. As we get closer to camp, we will roll out our covid protocols for everyone to adhere to. .

SPECIAL NOTES: There are a few new things that may be different from years past and are as follows.

• Adult registrations now require you to upload a file for your ministry safe and background check information. This field is required and will not let you submit until they are completed. Please be sure to have these ready when you register. Each church should already have these policies in place so if you need your certificates and background check info, please get with whoever oversees those at your local church.
• We have online payment set up and is in the registration link this year. Please try and utilize this option as it helps us keep the finances in order. If you do need to send in a check payment, we ask that you send in ONE CHURCH CHECK ONLY and have it to Joel Wilson or postmarked before June 21st. We would like to try and not accept payments at the campground this year if possible. If you need assistance with this, please communicate that to Chip Lee.
• Please note that when you submit the registration it will automatically take you to the PayPal payment screen. If you are one of the churches sending in a church check you can simply click out of that page and it will show unpaid on our records indicating, we need to collect payment for those individuals.
